DISABILITY ACCESS CONSULTANTS, INC.
ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL

LAUNCH OF NEW SOFTWARE

LAS VEGAS -- March 3, 2009 – Disability Access Consultants Inc. (DAC) a wholly own subsidiary of Disability Access Corporation (DBYC-Pink Sheets) is proud to announce that it has successfully tested and launched its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) facility inspection software DAC TRAK.

DAC’s President, Barbara Thorpe, commenting on the software, stating, “We have been working towards this standard of software for some time now and are very pleased at the product we have developed.”   Further commenting, “We are very proud of the software’s features and functionality and believe that this software is a major break-through in the ADA inspection process.  As an example of the software’s ease of use functionality and sophisticated integration, DAC recently conducted an inspection of a large public entity.  The normal staff and time allocation for such a project would normally be two inspectors assigned for four months.  Utilizing the DAC TRAK software, two inspectors were able to fully complete the four month project in one month, representing a 75% time and costs savings.”

Though DAC had developed DAC TRAK for its own use, the company has decided to make the software available for license to various users such as public and private entities that have compliance requirements and/or concerns as well as other facility inspection companies.  The licensing of the software will provide the company an additional unique recurring revenue stream comprising licensing, training and data storage fees.

Separately, Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc. (PTSH:OTCBB) and majority shareholder of Disability Access Corporation (DBYC Pink Sheets) stated, “DBYC is continuing the process of filing to elevate its status to Bulletin Board from Pink Sheets, and has recently responded to the first round of SEC comments concerning the Company’s filings, pursuant to its Form 10.” The Company will continue periodically updating the progress of the filing on the Company’s website www.ptspi.com.
