PTS, Inc. Subsidiary, DAC, Inc., Announces Preliminary Results for Period Ended June 30, 2008; Record Revenues and Record Increase in Net Income of 3,600% ReportedLAS VEGAS, Jul 09, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) ----PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) today announced that its subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation (DAC: 19.20, +0.14, +0.73%) (Pink Sheets:DBYC), is reporting that both unaudited second quarter revenues and unaudited net income for DAC improved in comparison to the same period(s) for that of the prior year (2007). As of June 30, 2008, second quarter unaudited revenues were approximately $500,000. This compares with second quarter 2007, posting revenues of $462,000 representing an improvement of approximately 8%. For the calendar year six months to date ended June 30, 2008, unaudited revenues were approximately $780,000. This compares with revenues for the same period of 2007 of $743,000 representing an improvement of over 3% from the prior year. As of June 30, 2008, second quarter unaudited net income was approximately $186,000. This compares with second quarter 2007, net income of $93,000 representing an improvement of approximately 100%. For the calendar year six months to date ended June 30, 2008, unaudited net income was $144,000. This compares with net income for the same period of 2007 of $4,000 representing an improvement of nearly 3,600% from the prior year. In reaction to the continued increasing demand for the company's services, the Company continues to expand its professional inspection service team as well as continues to invest in its proprietary software. On another matter, from a recent press release discussing a Letter of Intent with a Chinese medical equipment company, in which the Company stated, in part, the following, (quote): This Letter of Intent will confirm the intent of the Parties to pursue a 51% controlling shares exchange or purchase of the ChengDu PuJian Medical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and PTSH. The Company wishes to clarify what that statement meant, as follows:
The Letter of Intent refers to PTS, Inc. acquiring 51% controlling interest of ChengDu PuJian Medical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with PTS, Inc.'s preferred shares, or cash, or combination thereof.
